A True Profession of Faith!

Matthew 7:21-23

21 “Not everyone who says to Me,‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Quick Word: A True Profession of Faith!

There is an old saying, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. We live in a world where oftentimes those who work to deceive seem to be doing better than those who strive to live a life pleasing to God. We are not to stand in judge of ANYONE, however we serve a righteous and all knowing God. The quick word today reminds us that only those who truly confess and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and carry out the will of the Father shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Many will come and proclaim relationships with the Savior only to hear the words no true believer would ever want to hear; those words being spoken by the savior that I never knew you, depart from me:

- Everyone will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven..

- Everyone‘s witness will not pleased God…

- Everyone will not be recognized by the Savior...

Early in my ministry I heard a member say, I’m not going to live and go thru hell on earth just to die and go Hell. If today if you are not sure of your Salvation, I offer this prayer of Salvation that I’ve learned from my Pastor. If you can pray this prayer sincerel and believe in your heart the words prayed, he will never ask you to depart from his presence. Pray with me: Dear God, I am a sinner and I need you in my life. I believe your Son Jesus, lived, died and rose again for my sins. This is my confession of Faith and right now, I am Saved, in the name of the Father, Son and
