Romans 8: 31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Quickword: God is for us!

Have you ever had a time in your life when it seemed as though everything around you was falling apart? Maybe you were dealing with the loss of a loved one or sickness in your body. Maybe you were dealing with the end of a relationship or friendship that came to an abrupt close. Perhaps you were facing financial difficulties. The question being what shall we say to these things? The writer in Romans 8:31 answers this query and reminds us of a God who is with us. We can take comfort this morning in knowing that (if) since God is for us, nothing can be against us. In the battles that we will encounter in this life journey know that:

- God is our very present help in times of trouble.

- God is able to protect us against any and everything that comes against us.

- God is with us and will see us through the challenges that we all will faced on this journey called life.

What shall we say then to the enemies in our life. We can say and remind ourselves that since God is with us and we can rest assured that nothing can stand against us. Whatever you are facing today take it to the Lord in prayer, God is for us!
