Quick Word: Keep Pedaling!

As I was sitting on the Galveston Seawall, I noticed a family of five in the distance riding their bicycles. As the family got closer, I noticed that two of the children‘s bicycles had no pedals. The two children to my surprise were keeping up with the other family members by pedaling or pushing themselves along by feet. My first thought was they were learning how to ride and it was easier for them to pedal by foot than navigate the bicycles pedals. Secondly, I thought that perhaps the family was saving money to add pedals to the bicycles but the children didn’t want to wait until their were enough resources available to complete. Lastly I thought these two children had found a new way to pedal and they seemed to be enjoying themselves and navigating the journey. I learned a lesson from watching this family and the lesson is keep on pedaling! As believers in Jesus Christ we need to keep pedaling!

- Keep Pedaling even when we have no pedals!

- Keep Pedaling even when our resources are limited!

- Keep Pedaling, perhaps God is showing us a new way!

Regardless of our current situations and circumstances, as believers in Jesus Christ, I encourage each of you to keep Pedaling!
