Psalm 150

1 Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. 2 Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. 3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, 4 praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, 5 praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals. 6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

Quickword: Praise The Lord!

Have you ever just taking a moment to look back over your life and see the blessings of God. It is during this early morning hour that gives birth to this post that I find myself looking back and reflecting on the goodness of the Lord. Like the psalmist who pens Psalms 150, as I look back this morning all I can do is say Praise the Lord.

- Praise an unlimited God for his unlimited blessings. Vs. 1-2

- Praise God through every way that is available. Vs. 3-5

- Praise God while we still have breath .

Vs. 6

This psalm is both a call to praise collective and personally. Collectively we can praise God his keeping power. This morning, not for me, but I ask you to take a moment and give God praise for what He has done for you. I’m literally in my closet this morning giving God praise for all of His blessIngs. I’m praising the Lord for all that He has done. When I been sick, He has healed my body. When I been without, He provided. When I’ve been under attack, He protected me from dangers seen and unseen. When my hearts been broken, He put it back together. When I am weak, He is strong. When I didn’t know what to do, He made a way. When I was in trouble, He rescued me! My brothers and my sisters, since God has done something for you, I implore you this morning to Praise the Lord. Let everything that has breath Praise the Lord. If He does not do anything else, He has already done enough. I promise you if you praise Him you will feel better no matter what you maybe facing today. He is worthy of our praise! Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!
