Praise[a] the Lord!

Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forevermore.

Have you ever just thought about the goodness of the Lord and broke into praise? I often wonder what happens to the joy of praise that believers demonstrate on Sunday mornings, where is that praise the rest of the week. The Psalmist reminds us in this one verse that the Lord deserves our praise: He deserves our praise because of:

- All that he does for us( protection, provisions and His presence)

- The fact that the Lord is good, he deserves our thanks!

- His mercy endures forever!

If the Lord has ever done anything for you, you should give Him praise. Here me clearly, if the Lord has done anything for you, give Him praise. My brothers and sisters, we don’t have to wait to be in the sanctuary and the presence of other believers, if( since) the Lord has done great things, we should give Him praise. Praise the Lord, He is good, and His mercy endures forever.
