Mark 4:38-39

38 But He was in the stern, asleep on pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace,[g] be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

Quick Word: Storms Keep Coming Part 2

Yesterday in this space we dealt with the fact that in life, storms will keep on coming. As soon as we come out of a storm, another one is raging, while another one is on the horizon. I’ve got some good news for you this morning regardless of whether you are in a storm, coming out of a storm or a storm is on the horizon. Storms are a part of life and we can trust Jesus to keep us in the Storm.

- Storms keep on coming but Jesus is with us!

- Storms keep on coming, but Jesus has the power to speak and calm the storms in our lives!

- Storms keep on coming, but Jesus is our Shelter in the time of a storm.

The real good news is that even in the midst of storms we can take comfort in the assurance as believers in Christ that Our Souls have been Anchored in the Lord!!!
