The Lord Is Good

Psalms 100:5

For the Lord is good;

His mercy is everlasting,

And His truth endures to all generations.

This morning as I sit in the presence of the Lord; I am simply overwhelmed with the sentiments of the Psalmist in the this passage. I can imagine when the Psalmist wrote this, he perhaps was doing what I’m doing this morning in reflecting on the goodness of the Lord. I‘m worshipping this morning because of the is’ness ( I know not a word) but if you have every felt His presence you understand. God is Good!

The Lord IS Good because of His Steadfast presence!

The Lord IS Good because His Mercy IS everlasting! The Lord IS Good because His truth endures to all generations!

My beloved Brothers and Sisters, as you go about this day, I pray that you encounter the presence of God. I declare if you do, you will join the Psalmist and I this morning and proclaim no matter what, The Lord IS Good! One last thing, the Lord IS Good, but if He does not do anything else, He has already done enough!
