Vengeance is defined as punishment inflicted in retaliation of an injury or offense. The world in which we live in, the people of God are often injured or offended by those who are enemies of the cross. In our humanity when injured or offended we often have the desire to take matters into our own hands. Yet this message for the people of God confirms that It’s not our role or responsibility to respond but to leave punishment and retribution into the hands of an Omnipotent, Omnipresent & Omniscient God:

- Vengeance is carried out by God - Vengeance will cause the enemy to slip in due time - Vengeance of the Lord is at hand
